What’s Included:

Timeline Review & Final Details: Two weeks before the wedding, you’ll share your “wedding day contact sheet” with vendor details and any final notes. From there, I’ll create a detailed, seamless timeline, the roadmap that keeps everything flowing effortlessly from start to finish.

Vendor Confirmation: One week before the big day, I’ll personally connect with each vendor to confirm every arrival time, setup detail, and service plan; so no messages, calls, or stress land on your plate.

Site Visit: We’ll do one venue walk-through before the wedding to visualize the flow, review details, and make sure every element feels aligned and intentional.

Wedding Day Management: On the day itself, I’ll oversee setup and decor according to your vision, be the go-to person for vendors and guests, and coordinate key moments, from the ceremony to the first dance. If anything unexpected pops up, I’ll handle it quietly, so all you notice is how beautifully the day unfolds.
